To comply with the United States Export Administration Regulations (EAR), we have registred our encryption algorithm with the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
Our algorithm is approved and certified with the following Encryption Registration Number (ERN): R100730.Although your information is encrypted safely, we strongly advice you to nver provide any authentication information to your card details, like PIN and CVN. Only use account or card numbers.

Can I enter more than one card of the same type of account (such as two current accounts of the same bank)?

Yes, it is possible to add multiple instances of the same card:
1) Go to the "My Cards" screen.
2) Select the card that you want to reuse for another account.
3) Use the + button at the top right.
4) Add your card/account ID and/or a note.
5) Use the SAVE button at the top right to store this instance.This instance will be added automatically to your "My Cards" screen You will also see both instances in the "All Cards" screen, when selecting the card.

You can easily add your own cards for every country in the world:
1) Go to the "All Cards" screen.
2) Select the country of the new card if it is listed.
3) Use the + button at the top right.
4) Enter all the details for your card.
5) Use the SAVE button at the top right bar to store this card.This new card will be added automatically to the chosen country in the "All Cards" screen.
It is also possible to send your added card to us, so we can put it in the database of the next update:
1) Select the created card.
2) Use the EDIT button at the top right.
3) Use the MAIL button at the top middle.
4) Check the automatically generated email and send it.
Thank you very much, now we can expand the database so every user can benefit from your card.

Just select the card and remove all text from both the card ID and Note fields.
When using the BACK button the card will be removed automatically from the "My Cards" screen.

Can I use "My Card Info" with my iPod Touch or iPad?

- Yes, with limited functionality. You can add all your cards to the app and send the summary email. You only can not use the buttons to dial the phone numbers to report your card(s) as lost or stolen.
Therefore it is recommended to use an iPhone 3G, 3Gs or 4G.

After the upgrade to full version all limitations still apply. Why?

- Unfortunately this was a bug in the earlier versions, it should not occur anymore.
In case it happens, there is a simple solution:
1) Restart My Card Info.
2) Use the upgrade button again and follow all steps. The App Store will tell you that you already bought this item, so you won´t be charged again.
3) It will ask you to download your purchase again for free. Acknowledge this.
4) After a few seconds you get a message which tells you the update was succesfull and that all limitations will be removed.
5) Now the upgrade will be made visible.
