Description

In this project the blueprint for the SAP CRM Web Interaction Center was written to support the (global) outsourcing of fleet management. ARIS was used to support process definitions. Lionell was involved in process and requirement analysis. Lionell was responsible for writing the blueprint for various processes including Masterdata. He was also involved in SAP PI(XI) integration with SAP CRM using the ESOA concept and in the Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) (Avaya). The project location was United Kingdom and Netherlands.

Description

In this project CRM Internet Sales B2B, R/3 SD, MM and FI/CO were implemented. At the same time a new organization was built up from the ground. All this under severe pressure of time. The project was delivered on-time and above expectations of the customer.
